The company is seeking an experienced:
Head of Hardware Development
to lead its hardware engineering organization. In this strategic leadership position, you will oversee multiple hardware development teams, drive technological innovation, and shape the future direction of the company’s product portfolio.
YOUR TASKS:
» Provide technical, organizational, and strategic leadership for the hardware development department, consisting of several subordinate teams.
» Collaborate closely with Software Engineering, Product Management, Procurement, and Production.
» Drive organizational development and continuously improve innovation and development processes.
» Take responsibility for technology management and strategic product planning.
» Ensure high quality standards throughout the development lifecycle.
» Develop and coach engineering leaders while building and maintaining a strong network of external development partners and suppliers.
YOUR PROFILE:
» Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent qualification).
» Several years of leadership experience in product development, ideally within hardware and embedded systems environments.
» Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
» Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
» Fluent in German and English
